About the Prints:

The small prints offered (up to 8x10) are elegant, long-lasting ‘Fujix’ prints with a subdued gloss, made by the so-called ‘Pictrography’ thermal image transfer process.  Images are floated on 9x12 white sheets.  Estimated print display life: 30–40 years.

All larger prints are of the ‘archival pigment’ ink-jet type, made with Epson ‘Ultra-Chrome’ inks and ‘Semi-Matte’ paper, and are identical to those exhibited by William Burt.  Prints of this process are richly colored, exquisitely detailed and subtly toned, and remarkably long-lived as well: in all, the finest this photographer and printer has ever seen.  Estimated display life: 75 years minimum.
